Pricing questions

Does the free plan ever expire?
No. Free is permanent — you can keep using it as long as you want. It's enough to generate a runbook from a real incident, see if the output is good, and decide whether the upgrade is worth it.
What happens after 5 free generations in a day?
The next generation request returns a 429 with a friendly message. Your history and templates stay available. The counter resets at UTC midnight, or upgrade to Pro for 200/day.
Do failed generations count?
No. Only completed generations (stream closed normally with usable output) count against your quota. Aborts and errors are logged for debugging but do not burn your budget.
Can I get a refund?
Cancel from the Billing Portal and you won't be charged for the next cycle. Mid-cycle refunds are handled case-by-case — email support.
Team pricing?
Shared templates, shared history, and seat-based billing are on the roadmap. Email if this blocks you and we'll prioritise it.
API access?
Planned. Programmatic generation with per-key auth is part of the next phase after team support.
